I've been spending a lot of time lately musing over how many days that
I have left of summer vacation. So far my motto is to just enjoy each day as much as possible.

Last night I took some time to reminisce about how much things have
changed for me as far as how I read fan fiction. I kinda miss all of the old
archives and most authors don't have their own websites anymore. Because of that I now have to resort to reading stuff mostly on fanfiction.net.

I have definitely made my opinions about that website well known over the years but it seems that I have no other options. Unfortunately it seems that the naruto fandom doesn't have a bunch of archive websites available like the ranma fandom once did. The types of authors that I see writing nowadays has changed as well. For all intents and purposes, the golden era of fanfics for me which lasted from 2000 to somewhere around 2005 has ended.

I have spoken on all that I can for now.
