And once again I have another obstacle to face. The next semester
of college will be coming up soon and I just got the bill in the mail. Due to some kind of mishap that I cannot figure out I'm not eligible for a federal PELL grant this semester and am only eligible for TAP.

The problem with that is TAP doesn't issue the money until after the semester has ended, and because I had no luck in finding a job this summer, there is no way that I can think of that I can pay off the bill.

So basically, I'm screwed.

Go me.

I really have no idea what I'm going to do and am a bit frustrated. I don't know whether to be angry with myself, or to simply curse my own dumb luck.

At the moment it looks like I'm going to simply have to sit this semester out and apply for the next semester and hope for the best. I'm trying to be optimistic and not think that it's the end of
the world while still being as realistic as possible about the situation.
